Husband not answering questions to my P.O.
Will I get in any more trouble if my husband tells my probation officer to refer any questions she has to me?

She visited our home while I was away and he gave her a little information but told her that if she has any questions to ask me herself and that he was misquoted the last time she asked him a question.
She than used this against me.
So now he is not friendly, not mean either, he just tells her to ask me if she has any questions.

    Hello z:

No. He is not required to answer questions. Look. They're not going to like you any more no matter what you do or don't do. To them, you're scum.

I totally agree with Excon. Your probation officer will try to extend his/her authority to anyone you are related. You have to just keep telling them that you do not speak for anyone but yourself and if they need to speak with your husband and have probable cause then tell them to get a warrant.

They are not going to like you no matter what. Know what your probation conditions require and only address those requirements.
