What and where exactly is the pain?

With my first I had constant pain. It felt like I had a broken rib and the baby was pushing on my bladder along with everything else. I couldn't even get comfortable laying down.

It may be nothing or it may be something.
If you explain the exact pain and where it is maybe we can have a better idea.

Wonder why her dr hasn't checked into this better by now and given her some answers on it.

About 4 pm today and it's one in the morning now, I'm going to try to get in tomorrow with my ob, I was contracting a little bit, I don't understand what's going on. It's hard to get answers from a doctor any advice, how far can I dailate with out my water breaking? I'm only 32 weeks my son can't be born and be healthy, he is moving just where I'm not feeling it my blood pressure is staying up I have gotten where I don't want to eat or drink because I will get sick,

This morning I woke up with a discharge that was clear and yellowish.
    What could that be?

Hey,glad your still hanging in there,I'm afraid I have no information that could help you, apart from rest as much as you can.

Ill lend you my support though.

32 weeks is good, your both getting there, tell that baby to hang on for another bit.

You need to talk to your doctor or his nurses as soon as possible. If you have to demand the answers your questions. Your health and Jr's depend on those answers.

    I hope everything goes well.

Is the discharge constant? Do your panties stay wet enough to have to wear a pad?

This could be that the baby just kicked your bladder. Happens a lot.

Dehydration can cause premature labor. It is important that you drink up to a gallon of water per day and DO NOT chew ice. Chewing ice can actually cause dehydration.

Yeah, I have to wear something with my panties, and the discharge is a lot at one time, but different times when I go to the bathroom, I'm trying to drik plenty of fuilds everything makes me sick, even water to a point.

The outer portion of the cervix is what I can feel closest to the vaginal canal when I do a vaginal exam. The inner portion of the cervix is past that and inside closer to the uterus.

Think of it this way. Take a bottle for example. The outermost rim of the bottle is the outer portion. When you poke your finger through the bottle and feel the rim inside the bottle, that is the inner portion.

When they say I have dailated 2 cm. and that's it. It meaning both. Right? At one time they were saying I dailated 1 cm outer and finger tip inner now they are just saying I'm 2 cm.

    Yeah, they are staying wet

2cm is 2 cm. Let me see if I can explain it better. When you first become pregnant your cervix is closed. There is no opening that we can feel, it's porous so that the sperm can get in.

Now, when you get closer to labor your cervix starts to open. The opening you have is 2cm around. When I feel a cervix of 2cm, it's like sticking 2 fingertips in the hole in the cervix. As the cervix dilates even further I can get more fingertips in, so to speak, or I have to stretch my fingers to feel the rim of the cervix.

2cm is not uncommon for a second or third pregnancy at your stage of pregnancy. It doesn't mean you are in labor, just getting ready for labor. Active labor starts at approx 4cm dilation.

If you are staying wet and have to change your panties constantly, then you need to go to the hospital for a nitrazine or ferning test to see if your water has broken. However, since it's Monday, you can call your doctor's office to see what they want to do.

    What makes you dailated?
