    Is it safe to use a 300mA Circuit Breaker in the elevator. Is it safe for human.

    What country is the elevator located?

    Are u referring to and RCD, Residual Current Device?

    Equipment ground fault protection is higher than personnel ground fault protection, and will not protect humans.

    I don't care what country you are in. If you have to come to a DIY message boards to ask about elevator wiring you are NOT qualified to do this work.
    PLEASE find someone who is. Peoples lives are at stake.
