    How to reverse a Judgement?
Hello. I a judgement has been placed on me for a debt that is older than 10 years old. I just recently moved to GA and that is when the creditor decided to pursue a judgement and now a garnishment on me. I did not take the court notice seriously and frankly forgot the date in which I needed to show.

What can I do to stop the judgement now? The collection company is LVMV Funding and they are notorious for manipulating data on credit reports. The debt was from FL and last activity was at least 10 years old. What forms can I file to remove this judgement off my account and thus stopping the garnishment? Thanks in advance.

Does it matter that the judgement was placed on my reort months ago? I did not even know it had been placed on my credit until I got the garnishment notice.

Also, which form is for the "Motion to Reconsider due to the SOL was expired"?Thanks in advance.
