I would llike to know what people like Stringer think about buying into a commercial cleaning franchise.

I see good things and bad.. They get you all the business they do the billing and they do the customer service.

The downside I see is that they take 20 percent of your money they can cancel you off the contract. They determine how much you are making per hour.

I had one tell me I could expect to gross 15 to 20 dollars per hour and I am sitting there thinking then you get 20 percent so I am making like 12 to 15 dollars an hour I should just go work for someone else for that kind of money.

I also want to know about subbing from Janitorial contractor such as Whelans or Marsden is this a good way to get my foot in the door? I have done janitorial before only small stuff I want to get into bigger contracts this time around I am tired of working to make someone else money it is time I make myself comfortable.

Stringer by the way I have sat here and read most of your posts and I can tell that you are an honest and forthright businessman and I would appreciate very much your opinions...
