With a franshise, they have established business plans, to follow, normally pricing help and the most important things, people should know the name, if I say Stanley Steamer, who has not heard of them, for example

Or in donuts "dunkin" and so on, so by owning a franshise, you are paying for the name that people will hire just because of the name. Also normally they help with some advertising at times, and if leads come in to their national office they should come to you.

If you don't have one, you can do business the way you want to, use the type of equipment you want, and do other services if you want to.

For example at a McDonalds Rest, you can not buy fired chicken because their fanchise does not allow chicken to be sold there.
But if you had your own, you can sell what you want.

And yes, you could do office cleaning, steam cleaning, pressure washing, window washing and so on if you wanted to.
