    Probation violation
My Employee is on probation... she changed her address 6/12/09 prior to this she was 12 weeks late informing the probation dept on an address she'd been at 18 months. The probation dept went to an address that she was at 2 years ago?? They then went to her brothers house @ 1:30 AM... They have yet to go to her new address where she's living and are telling her to come turn herself in for violation... I'm not understanding my tax dollars being spent on old information. Is this going to keep her locked up for the rest of her time?

Most likely it will cause her to be locked up to do her time.
She needs to go turn herself in and do her time.

Yes, this is a violation of her probation. Not informing the PO when you move your residence is not acceptable. She may or may not do some time in jail. This will be decided at her VOP hearing by the Judge. It's up to the Judge what ultimately happens to her. We can only speculate.
