My daughter entering 2 year of High school
    To Whom it may concern:
My daughter is a high achiever and this past year 09 she just ended her 1st year of High school at her school district while previously coming from another school district where her permit ended from attendance from elementary through her Junior High School. She has been unmotivated this last Semester with the style of teaching in her present school. No problem with peers but the teaching. I am inquiring about a scholarship /grant due to funds not being in place for her to attend Private School on a 1 income household. I must do something to help her. I'd appreciate your assistance in advance.
    Sincerely, Crystal Pourfarid

I am not sure what your question is with this?
Are you planning to send it to a certain private school?
Have you contacted that school to find out if they have financial aid available? And what you need to do to apply for financial aid?
I don't see this letter doing much in your favor.
It should be proofed for the errors in grammar and punctuation, although minor, since they deter from the fact that your child is a high achiever.

Many private high schools will offer financial assistance to families who are unable to afford full tuition. Your best bet is to check with the prospective school directly. Also, if you are a church member and you're looking into a school that's affiliated with your particular denomination then the church may help with some of the financing as well. Talk to one of your elders or deacons.

What is the style of teaching there? Why do you think a private/parochial school's style of teaching would be better for her? Are you familiar with this other school and the teachers?

I'm wondering what is really behind her lack of motivation.
