    I have a boyfriend that is from coloumbia south america.We are planning on getting married.He has a legal passport for 1 year visit.. what will we have to do for him to stay is us...

    Thanks, but I do need to know what country, as I only know US immigration law. The question has no direct reference to the country she wants him to immigrate to and the US has no visitor visa that would allow for a one year entry.
