Babygal, you're talking to a bunch of adults here, not teens. Most of us are parents, so lies don't work with us. It's a gift.
We've given you a few suggestions on getting the money, but it's raining, or your neighbors hate you or you're just plain lazy.
Were you hoping one of us would give you the money?
Not going to happen.

It's another reason to prove your innocence, or what seems like innocence. You really seem to be lying at some point. You better be frank if you really want help, and anyway, we cannot send you money through the net, if that's what you're waiting for.

You got a few good suggestions but they were all too hard for you.
There's no such thing as "quick cash", you have to work for it. It's time you learned that.
So what if it's raining, go collect cans. You'll dry off.
Good luck.

You cannot go to jail when your 12. You can go to juvenile court. Which is NOT the same thing. You cannot be tried as an adult and sentenced to jail or prison when your 12. Unless you have committed some atrocity that you are not letting us know about. Such as rape, murder, genocide, etc.

I believe if you've done something wrong then you should go to "jail".
When you go to "jail" you should reconsider the type of people you are hanging around with- despite if you did "it" or not, this should be a lesson for you to learn.

If you are really innocent, take it all the way to trial. $1,000 and your moms trust is a lot of to pay if you are.
If you are not, and you are just trying to BUY your way out of admittance, good luck. Maybe a little juvi time would do you some good.
Stealing is bad.

NONE of this adds up. Read this as I spell it out.
1. Kids at school stole a bunch of stuff... okay
2. They blamed it on you and your friend Maritza... why you and Maritza? Are these friends of yours? Were you with them when they did it? Did they just pick you out of the blue?
3. These kids stole things, apparently someone accused them. Was it a store manager? Security guard? Did someone find the goods in their possession after the fact? Did these kids set you up by stashing the goods in your backpack or something? You are not telling us why the authorities are believing the real thieves instead of you. And why in the world would your own mother not even believe you? Do you have a habit of being untrustworthy. Does Maritza have a criminal record already? A bad reputation? SOMETHING is going on here. It is not as simple as some kids pointing the finger at you and the law enforcement and your parent, buying it hook, line, and sinker.
4. If you are innocent you do NOT pay the $1000.00 just to get it to go away. Why are you so ready to accept guilt and pay restitution if you are innocent?
5. If your neighbors don't like you because you are too loud, then STOP being so loud. Something tells me there is more to it than that. Have you been a pain in the a$$ in general in the neighborhood? If so, then clean up your act. It's never too early to start conducting yourself in a way that no one would dream you were guilty of theft. Or that neighbors thought of you as a nice dependable, responsible kid. You have a long life ahead of you. Create a good one.

My point is he/she can do odd jobs instead of begging.
You saying what you want have nothing to do with me.
The one who replys.

If you had read the whole thread, you would know that her time is up. She either came up with the money and bought her way out of admitting that she stole or she is sitting in Juvy right now paying the price.
Either way, I am the youngest of 5.

I think we all agreed that there are plenty of things that she could have done to raise the money. On the other hand, her goal was to raise $1,000 and she only needed $89 more. So she may have exhausted all of those options already. Who knows? The information that we did get was sparse and didn't really add up anyway.

I think troll too or else somebody is pulling their leg to scam them because from what I have read here I don't believe the system works this way. If the fine is legit first of all her mother who does not believe her would HAVE to HAVE been informed. Then she would have been advised to get a lawyer and have a court date.
YOU NEED to tell your mom the whole story and convince her to check into it.
Do not give them any money. They are not following legal procedure.
