Well here's the thing, I don't take diet pills or anything like that, I eat a regular meal like anyone else, but I break my meals down into 6-8 little meals a day, but I don't pack on weight, and I don't loose it?? Its mind boggling how all of the nutrition stuff works??

Then it just means that the caloric intake is offset by the amount that you are burning daily; that's how you maintain weight. So it sounds normal.

Hay thanks! I wasn't worried about it or anything, just curious! My girlfriend keeps nagging me a little because I look like myself back in high school, and she doesn't!

Most people change after high school- metabolism slows down, less physical activity, etc. But it seems that you've maintained balance and it doesn't seem to be anything to cause alarm. Sounds like you're doing something right!

I have been the same weight for 30 or so years, we often go to a personal weight and stay there depending on our food intake and exercise.
