    Took birth control pills late.
Hi I take birth control pills and I did have my period last month but I ordered my birth control during the week but I had to wait until Sunday t take it.. so I started my birth control a week late after my period... I took my last pill last Monday night... and it is now going to be Tuesday and I still do not have my period... do you think my perid is just late and off track because of me taking my pills late... or do you think I am pregnant...

It is different for everyone but it takes 2 days after I take my last pill for my period to start. Take a home pregnancy test if you are concerned or see your doctor :)

You can get pregnant at any time in your cycle, it is just less likely around your period because that is when your body gets rid of the old eggs and drops new ones... it is still a real possibility though.
