So, we can't answer your question without knowing two of the following V, I or R. You gave us I. We need one more.

Warning: It is a special case that works 99% of the time.

If it's a 120 volt circuit, you would need

$\frac{5000}{120} = 41.7 \, amp$

If it's a 240 volt circuit, you would need

$\frac{5000}{240} = 20.8 \, amp$
