    I have developed one bump just beside and slightly down of the opening of my vagina
    Hello... within the past few days I have noticed one very small bump right below and to the side of my vagina opening. It is quite sore to touch and stings when urinated on. It is not oozing or scabbed. I have been with one partner for a while now. But it still worries me that it could be herpes, is there anywAy it could be anything else. I have an appointment with a doctor but would lile some info before. Thank you so muc...

    There are many things it could be. Herpes is probably the most you'd have to worry, but unless we saw it, there really isn't much we could say, even if we did, GETTING TESTED is the surest way to know about it.

    Could be, try not to mess with it, and relax they may have something to get rid of it right way. I just talked to a girl with the same problem, she was OK. It was a cyst I believe.

    Try to take care of it till you see a doctor.

    Does it itch. Is it thicker then the rest of the skin around it. Could be skin cancer. Don't worry it can be cut away.
