    Alopecia Areata ?
    Hi All,
    I have been diagnosed with Alopecia Areata.:(

    Please suggest best treatment or some home remedies to control my hair falls.

    About half of cases resolve themseles within about a year. I don't believe there are any proven home remedies. There are some prescription treatments, but I don't know how effective they are.
