    Cortisone injections in my back
    Are these injections really going to help me.I am 5 foot 9 I weigh 185 and I want to start an exercise program to make my back stronger.I don't have a lot of muscle

    The only time I had cortisone injections was to improve the range of motion in my shoulders. I can't see it helping for the purpose you mention.

Cortisone Injections in Neck [ 9 Answers ]

This coming Thursday I am getting Cortisone Injections in my neck (I have 4 bulging discs from a car accident). The doctor gave me the run down, but of course he's vague about everything. Has anyone ever had these done before? What should I expect? I'm kind of nervous, lol.
