Ya me too, barely sleep at night, it's not good!

It's nearly 9 in the morning here, and I haven't slept all night.

It's nearly 3:00 A.M. in the morning where I am, neverme! I pulled an all-nighter last night because my daughter was having major surgery yesterday, and I was really uptight about it.

    Thanks!

I'm sorry Clough, hope everything went okay for you, wish I could sleep.

To be honest, I got very used to sleeping in a bed with someone so it gets a bit lonely... plus if your going to stay in bed you got to stay quiet, if someone else is there. If your on your own and have a laptop... well I end up here!! :D

I actually sleep much too much!
I put it down to the 13 medications I have every day.
I have no problem in sleeping on aeroplanes
On a long trip, say London to Sydney.
I have no problem sleeping on trains.
I have no problem in sleeping on a bus tour.
It has been known for me to fall asleep
    At my computer.
They say that people that cannot sleep suffer
    Primarily with a bad conscience.
    Is this statement accurate ?

Do you mean this in terms of feeling guilty about something, or do you mean something else, please?

    Thanks!

Do you mean this in terms of feeling guilty about something ? YES!
I have NO hidden agenda here.
    DEFINITION :-
    Conscience, noun.
    1. the sense of right and wrong; ideas and feelings within a person that tell him when he is doing right and warn him of what is wrong. Ex. Let your conscience be your guide. The conscious is aided (or tormented) by... the conscience (William C. Menninger).

    Clough, how is she?

I don't get enough sleep when I think too hard before bed, or if I am stressed or well, lot's of stuff happens... I suppose yes, it could cause some mental stress if you don't get enough sleep. NOW, git yer buns in bed so this doesn't happen to you:)

She's doing fine, except that the employer where she just started working decided to let her go permanently from her job because of her missing some days because of the operation and recovery time! I'm not even sure that is legal!

    Thanks for asking, startover22! :)

I'm so glad she's okay! If your daughter needs help with a resume or job hunting, I'm here for you (and her)! That sounds illegal, to let her go.

Sometimes, if I don't get enough sleep, I want to kill. Is that being mentally ill?

    LOLL at wondergirl!

Sleep deprivation can cause hallucinations in the long run. But it's 6:10 AM over here, and I'm still doing my accounting hw! Happens al the time for college kids.

13 medication? That's a lot, brother... What are the medications for, if you don't mind sharing?
