    Immigration and Divorce
Hello, Im going through a separation and I need some help understanding where I stand and what I can do as far as removing her legal status.

Im married for 3 years and 6 months in Feb. 07, 2003 with a Mexican citizen and for the first two years of marriage I did not submitted her I-130 petition into INS just to make sure that this was not a fraud. Well, right after she received her green card, which was in November 05, 2005, she started to neglect a lot of house chores, intimacy, financial support, and started to become more dependent, less communicative and more cold in every aspect.

On July 20, 2006 she was very sinyc in telling me that she had been seeing this other guy for the last 5 months and had been practicing loose conduct and wanted to get separated from me for no apparent reason.

My questions are can this be consider a fraud although she received her Green card for 10 years? And is there a way to remove her legal status? She did sign her self out of the apartment lease, Can this be consider home abandonment?

    I need Help

If you're married to a still married guy then this is a good reason to file for an annulment. Better consult a lawyer.
