    Project net sales
    ER Medical Supplies had sales of 2,000 units at $160 per unit last year. The marketing manager projects a 25 percent increase in univolume this year with a 10 percent price increase. Returned merchandise will represent 5 percent of total sales. What is your net dollar sales projection for this year?

    I too am looking for the answer... I guess my main question is what does the 5% return merchandise have to do with it.

    Subtract that amount.
