. Replace the Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor, located under the distributor.
. Clean Idle Air Control Valve (IACV), throttle body, and upper and lower ports.
. Replace Thermo Valve.

I replaced the throttle body already, where is the iacv located and where is the thermo valve located and if I replaced the throttle body do I need to clean it again, also you said to replace the etc wich is under the distributor, do I have to remove the distributor. And does that affect the idling. Thanks for all the help I really appreciate it thanks again

The IACV is located on the backside of the throttle body:

You shouldn't have to remove the distributor to get to the ECT Sensor. Just use a good light and you shouldn't have any problem. Yes, it can greatly affect idling if it's failing.
The thermo valve is located under the throttle body--it's not serviceable. Has wax inside that affects air flow, when it melts.
