    90 day garnishment?
A Writ of Garnishment has been filed against me, and my bank account drained. It says that whatever I earn/depoist into the bank will be garnished for 90 days, including property. I live in Oregon, don't own a house, and have no car. What happens after 90 days? Is this over, and they go away?

Probably not, if not paid; the garnisher just re-files or continues.
