You seem to be skipping this question around the board -

As I read the other posts I understand you were driving uninsured, someone pulled out in front of you, you hit her. Is there a Police Report (although that is after the fact "witnessing")?

What is your question? Who pays for her damage? Who pays for yours?

Or are you asking about injuries - ?

Were you ticketed? Was she ticketed? (Again, it's after the fact.)

I don't know how she pulled out in front of you - through a red light, from the curb, from another lane - ?

You file a claim with her insurance carrier. But without a police report or witnesses, there may not be full proof that it was totally her fault.
