    I want him back!
I have now been split from my ex for 2 years but I am still in love with him!
I ended the relationship in the heat of the moment and regret it big time! As soon as I had done it I knew I couldn't take it back, I did try to sort things out with him but he didn't want to know... stubborn bugger!
So anyway thing is... I am still receiving texts and calls from him saying he loves me and misses me but when I try to make contact with him to talk I just get blanked!
I would have moved on a long time ago but these random texts just aren't helping! What should I do??

The reason you're not over him is because you guys still talk. If you want to get over him don't talk to him, change your number if you need to and delete him out of your phone.

Not for a couple of months, you see this has been going on for a while, I do try and forget him and move on but I still care for him and love him! Maybe he doesn't know what he wants??

Maybe he is scared you will break up with him again and he don't want to get hurt. Just tell him how you feel weither his stubbornness wants to hear it or not. But be sure this time that this is what you truly want. And I think he still loves you too because he still texts you. I just think he is scared.

It would be a great start, just worry about moving on. You don't need to go back to more head games. That is all you will get.

He is what I truly want, I think about him every day, check my phone every 5 minutes hoping I have a text from him... silly hey lol. It's the biggest mistake I have done and I'm scared I have lost him forever!

I think you need to get a hold of him leave him a voice message or something and him know that you want to work things out and ask him to meet you somewhere so you can talk alone. How long have you been broke up? Abd ifhe is texting you and all this saying that he misses and loves you then I believe that you two still have a chance, and the reason he is acting this way to you is because he is scared and he is showing that by being a stuborn arse. So you need to just privatly meet up with him and have a one to one conversation. And if its meant to be then its meant to be and if not then let it go an move on and try to stay out of contact with him so that you can move on. It might ne tough to move on at first but you will be OK.

Been broke up nearly 2 years! Still being intouch says something doesn't it?? Its mad because I never really got to say my piece when I broke up with him because he went silent and wouldn't talk! He's not one to open his feelings! Im scared he has another girlfriend though and I wouldn't want to step on anyone's toes!

Well, if he does have another girlfriend, then what is he doing txting you saying he misses you and still loves you?

I don't get why he sends you messages like that, but isn't willing to work things out with you. The previous post may be right... from kitten, that he is scared you will break up with him again, but if he doesn't want anything to do with you, he wouldn't be sending you messages. Hmmm...

I think the previous advice is right, tell him once and for all how you feel about him and that you want to work things out. If he blanks you out again, then forget it, change your number and move on, because this guy doesn't know what he wants, and you can't wait around for him to decide...

Maybe keeping in touch says he still cares about you and he don't want to lose you completely but its been two years he might have moved on by now I suggest you try doing there same thing and just stay being friends first and work on your friendship.

You know what I agree with black. Forget what I wrote before lol you can always try but if he seems as if he isn't interested just forget about him.

Yup yup... some people let their fears rule them... indecision is a huge problem...

So tell it like it is... its either one or the other... work things out with you, where both of you will put in the effort, or else just say goodbye...

Being friends obviously doesn't help the situation here...
