    Ohhhhh!! VENT VENT VENT!. MAJOR VENT!

    At 7:30 this lovely morning, without any notice, the neighbours have hired a BACKHOE! I don't know exactly what they are doing, but they are right beside my dining room window, and my whole house is shaking! I swear they just hit the side of my house! I can't get to the neighbours house because the backhoe is taking up the whole yard, and I'm about to go balistic on someone! Niki is going insane, and I can't stop her from barking! GOOD MORNING EVERYONE!

    Oh, and did I mention that I waited soooo long to get my haircut and colored, and I went to leave to go yesterday evening and my van wouldn't start again?!

    I'm about to blow a gasket here kids!! The noise is so loud from this stupid backhoe, I can't sleep, Niki is barking, my house is shaking... ohhhh... someone is going to get it today I tell you!

    Hey Starty! This is ridiculous! They are shaking the foundation of my house! There is a very small space in between our two houses on that side. It is causing damage to my house! I can't go talk to the neighbour right now, because I can't get past the backhoe! My house is old! This is an old neighbourhood! This is NOT good!

    They honestly DID just hit the side of my house! I thought they did before... but now they did! I don't know what I'm going to do about this! Oh crap! Someone is in BIG trouble! It sure didn't help my mood to be woken up from a dead sleep either! I'm going to be bad attitude girl today! :p Ggggrrrrrrr!

    Ohhhh no they didn't!! I just went out to talk to them, and they all just ignored me, and said to stay away from the work site! I can't get anyone's attn out there! I sure as hell hope they know where the property line is, because I am sure as all h*ll am going to find out! And what the Heck about my house? Should I call the cops? Like they ever do anything anyway. Should I call the City?

    You have the right to peaceful living,they need to address the noise and the fact they didn't even contact you about possibly digging up your yard!

    Yes! Judy my dear friend! Where are you? They can't just hit the side of my freakin house! I just went out again, and now there are two backhoes. They brought a smaller one too.     Have you called the police yet?

    Get this stopped if it is disturbing you.

    Can you tell what it is they are doing?

    Might be a secret government cover-up,they are putting new T1 lines in so they can monitor the comings and goings of nefarious web people who reside on a tropical island with a revolution starting,headed up by one STRINGER!! OMG!! It's the twilight zone come to life!!

    Orrrr... maaaybe it's that UFO landing we had here lastweek! Maybe they are digging graves for the aliens that didn't survive the wreckage!. or did they?. oh oh! More weirdo's in the neighbourhood! Eeeeeekkkkk!

    No, I didn't call the cops yet. They are useless (trust me) around here to begin with, but I did make a few other calls. There is no way anyone is going to get away with this crap.

    (oh, to answer your other question... they are diggin up the entire front yard! Why? Who the flippin heck knows! )

    They better not even think they are going to use parking in front of my house like they are doing now either. I will have to go talk to them when things settle down. I don't want to talk to them in the mood I'm in now. I need to calm down some before I say or do something I shouldn't. We've always gotten along as neighbours. I don't know why they would do any of this without letting me know in advance. I'm not the type of person to run around sueing people, but I will not put up with this. I need to go out when they are gone and take a look, but I can't really get close to see the damage, because the yard is one big hole right now!
