    Divorce/I-751 not signed
Sponsor divorced conditional resident spouse and did not sign I-751. Do not know if sponsored spouse filed for waiver. No property, lease/s, bank accounts, vehicles, purchases etc. shared. No cruelty or abuse in marriage. Sponsored spouse contacted Immigration withdrawing sponsorship and date divorce granted. Divorce was uncontested by conditional sponsored. Sponsored spouse remarried two months after divorce. What are chances of permanent residency green card being granted ? Does application process start all over with new spouse ?

Zero... if the conditional green card holder divorced from the sponsor and remarried, he/she won't be able to file for removal of condition. However, he/she may start the process over with a new spouse but it will not be easy.
