    There was no amount set. Just dervision class and I'm afraid he is not doing that:mad:

    I'm sorry. I wasn't clear. I didn't realize the person has already been sentenced - apparently to a diversion program - ?

    I meant what was the dollar amount of the damage.

    But if he's been found guilty (or entered a guilty plea) and isn't keeping up his end of the bargain, then he'll get whatever the jail time is for that dollar amount of damage.

    That sucks. He's 18 and has an issue with his father passesing away when he was 8. its all my fault for this. I'm hs mother and feel I could have stopped it

    If you want an answer to your question you have to answer the questions I asked - what was the dollar amount of the damage and does he have a prior record?

    The other problems he has have little to do with his sentencing in Arizona - but I'm sure you know that and I'm sure that argument has already been made to the Court.
