    Running after sex prevents pregnancy?
Recently I saw a movie where a guy said he tell all women he has sex with to go for a run afterwards, because that prevents them from getting pregnant.

What do you think, is that right or wrong?

And who wants to get up and do that?? But no, this is along with one of the more silliest of the myths I have heard. And by the way, pulling out is not a birth control method either.

Also condoms have about a 10 percent failure rate as normally used, and even when used perfect according to instructions, manufactor state a 3 percent failure rate.

We also have some experts online here that even got pregnant while using birth control pills and condoms.

Running (away) before sex prevents pregnancy. More teenagers should try that. :)

Well certainly gravity can affect how much semen stays inside... but I've yet to see the manufacturer of a trampoline, pogo stick, or running shoe advertise their product as a reliable method of avoiding pregnancy.

ROFLMAO. Nope. Completely false. Same thing with jumping up and down after sex. While thoroughly amusing for your partner, it's pointless.

THere are only three ways to not get pregnant.

#1 Abstain from sex or anyhting anyone could consider sex. Including playing with each others privates.

    #2 Get sterilized.

#3 only mess around with someone that is sterilized.

The pill is only 99% effective.

Condoms when used correctly quite a bit less.

Any of the old wives tales are completely ineffective.

Don't play with fire if you don't want to get burned. And forget ALL of the old wives tales...
