    Small spot like pimple?
    Where the skin attaches the foreskin to the head of the penis (underside) I have noticed a couple of small white raised areas, like pure white spots?

    Any ideas what this could be? I haven't had sexual intercourse in the last year.

    Check the web for pictures of genital herpes. This could be your problem. Then see a doctor for some medicine.

    Yeah I thought this but it says they are linked with itching and soreness. But I have none of these symptoms?
    Could it be something else?

    Little white bumps on the shaft of the penis may be pimples or ingrown hairs. These are common and they're nothing to worry about. Another condition that's normal and no cause for concern is pearly penile papules. These whitish bumps appear on the glans (head) of the penis or along the edge of the glans in many guys.
