    Business expense to gross
    I am thinking about going into the house cleaning business (no employees) and would like to know what the industry standard is for the expenses percentage of gross.

    I don't know that it is possible to give some sort of average for what you will make after spending money on supplies and such. It would depend on the individual situation for where you will be doing the cleaning. Most of the house cleaners that I know are supplied almost everything that they will need to do the cleaning by the owners of the homes where they do the cleaning.
