All my income is in a foreign country and I always file it there.

    Questions:

    1. what are the taxes forms that I have to fill out.
I think it is only 8843 but I am confuse about the h4 status. Is it important
    For taxes purposes?

    2. if I have to fill 8843 can I exclude the days of presence as a teacher or trainee?

Form 8843; Part II for Teachers and Trainees has this on line 8:

Were you present in the United States as a teacher, trainee, or student for any part of 2 of the 6 prior calendar years (2001 through 2006)?
If you checked the “Yes” box on line 8, you cannot exclude days of presence as a teacher or trainee unless you meet the Exception explained on page 3.
