Do I have to file only 8843
    Information:

    1997 F1 visa 128 days in US

    1999 F1 visa 315 days in US
2000 F1 visa 341 days in US (had some income in US - filed taxes in US )
2001 F1 visa 360 days in US (had some income in US - filed taxes in US)
    2002 F1 visa 216 days in US
    2003: F1 visa 56 days in US
    visitor 38 days in US
H4 visa 13 days in US
    2005 H4 visa 299 days in US
    2006 H4 visa 142 days in US
    2007 J1 visa 135 days in US

In 2007 I don't have any income in US.
All my income is in a foreign country and I always file it there.
I am a full employee in a university in that foreign country from 1995.

    Questions:

    1. what are the taxes forms that I have to fill out.
I think it is only 8843 but I am confuse about the h4 status. Is it important
    For taxes purposes?

    2. if I have to fill 8843 can I exclude the days of presence as a teacher or trainee?

Form 8843; Part II for Teachers and Trainees has this on line 8:

Were you present in the United States as a teacher, trainee, or student for any part of 2 of the 6 prior calendar years (2001 through 2006)?
If you checked the “Yes” box on line 8, you cannot exclude days of presence as a teacher or trainee unless you meet the Exception explained on page 3.
