    Could you still be pregnant if your period come on but it does not feel the same and there are not cramps??

    I don't think so... I mean I'm pretty sure you can't have both.

    It is possible but rare, there are some women that still have a period even though they are pregnant.

    With anything though, if there is any kind of bleeding during a known pregnancy needs to be seen asap by a doctor.
