    Shedding those unfortunate pounds!
    Hey you,
I just have a quick question. So, as you know I'm trying to lose some weight before next August because I want to try out for the H.S. volleyball team. Also, I need to get back into shape for Kung-fu. I'm not particularly fat or anything like that. I weigh about 118, am 14 in less than a month, female, and about 5'7. Its not necessaraly the weight, just the lack of much muscle definition. So, what I need is the following:

    1) Gain muscle definition in my arms, stomach and legs.

    2) Lose some of the 'baby fat' that I've acquired.

    3) Be a stronger person with more endurance for things like running etc.

    4) And finally, I'm looking for a type of diet, no not really a diet just some healthier options to help me out.:)

    Go jogging everyday.

Run as long as you can take a cool down walk after a run to catch your breath.

Be sure to pase yourself so you don't pass out.

A great help for strong legs is ankle weights.
Strap them on when running so you can lift weights and run.

    Its great for legs.
And for that baby fat just eat healthy and work out.
Tone your arms with some dumbelss.

Hold then out in front of you straight arms for as long as you can and then pump your arms 90 degree angle.

    More help.

If your looking to get fit I would recommend using this fitness plan.

Im waiting to start my basic training for the army in July so I've been working on my fitness and strength for the past few months during the selection process I've been through.

It's a really good fitness guide and it works brilliantly if you follow it properly and because there are different levels you go through you can start it around your current level of fitness and raise the level as you get fitter.

The Hoffman Twins in Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events [ 2 Answers ]

Are the Hoffman twins, Kara and Shelby, who played the baby in the movie, any relation to Dustin Hoffman? Why I ask is because he makes a small and rather pointless cameo in the movie, haha, so I was wondering if that's the reason for the cameo.
