    If you can find a stable, responsible man who wants to marry your ex and adopt your kids, it's possible the court will relieve you of the financial responsibilities of fatherhood. Otherwise, probably not.

    If your ex will agree, and you make a motion and the judge agrees , but that still does not stop the obligation of paying child support, just takes away your rights
