New hot water tank installed, loss of water pressure

After the installation of a new hot water tank, we have less pressure which is only noticeable when trying to fill the tub. Any ideas? Thank you.

When I turn on the water, it quickly loses nearly all pressure thru-out the entire house. I have a sprinkler system; turned off valve to it and the pressure is still low in the house.
