    Floor furnace
    I took the thermostat under the house and connected to the gas valve and try to start it from there and the gas line is fully open but when I turn the heat on (you could hear a click noise) and the pilot goes out and no I did not hear or smell any gas. Thank you for you assistance

    Could be a bad gas valve.
