I want to find my birth parents but when I do what do I sat to them we have not talked all my life

I am sure you have tons of questions for them. Why not write down some of those questions, to start with?

First you have to find them, in some older adoptions that the records are sealed this can be hard.

Also have you discussed the search for the bio sperm donors with your parents that raised you as to their feelings about it.

What do you wish to find, are you ready to find good or bad. For every wonderful meeting there are also bad ones. Are you ready to be rejected, told they wish they had an abortion? I am not saying this will happen to you, but it does happen to many,

If you do find them, often it is a very good idea to have a third party contact them to see if they even want to meet you.

Remember these will be people who may not have the same social or economic backgrounds as you do, different education al levels ( etiher way) different political views.

I will assume the question of "WHY" will come up, issues of health concerns, But as noted writing down what you want to know will help.
