Wow, Sneezy, I think that's an offer you can't refuse. Just don't forget your allergy meds, remember the kitty!

I've got to post a thread about eye surgery. I've got an appointment tomorrow to see if I'm a good candidate for lasik. My hubby had it done a few month ago and he loves it, he now has 20/20 vision. My eyesight is not nearly as bad as his was, but I'm sick of wearing glasses, especially in the winter. The problem is, I have a huge problem with anyone touching my eyes, really big problem. Hubby explained the surgery to me step by step, and it doesn't sound to bad, but it would be better if they just put me under, did the surgery and then let me wake up with my brand new vision. Eeek, I'm scared.

:) its 1100 square feet... the community has a sauna, tanning bed, gym, business center, tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, trash pickup, dry-cleaning service, umm... pet and plant care, car car center, laundry facility, gated... (pool, hot tub, etc... )

    It's a little slice of heaven. :D

    And with me there... *grin*

Sneezy, what are you waiting for, you already have a written invitation. Pack up your bags and go. Wait, do laundry first, you don't want HChicky's first impression of you to be your dirty underwear. Yes, laundry, pack, and go.

I have a few phone calls to make, so I'm going to log off for a while. You two be good while I'm gone.

    Alty pausing.

I have that SAME problem, Alty! I (honestly) would rather go to the dentist then the optometrist! I tear up if I see someone touch their eyes, or, blah... put in contacts. Ick...

But, I think you'd really like the affects of lasik - everyone I know that has had it done is sooooo glad. Hope you're able to do it! :)

Remember the haikus from the other day in the coffee thread?

I challenged my best friend to come up with a good one, and I think he wins

    Coffee just for two

Ick... making it though. Coffee heals all ills... well, most ills, lol.

Good luck finding a place - that's always rough... you seem like the downtown loft kind of guy - 20 foot ceilings, brick walls, hundred year old mahogany wood floors, black appliances, etc, etc. Hope you find your niche! :)

Mine is seriously me... I adore my apt.

I've only been line dancing once... in China... :D

That was the same night I went to a Saturday Night Fever-esque disco club... what a night... Line dancing and disco... It was in Xi'an... wow... memories :)

Sure, Girl, you get to Nashville, I'll don my Cowboy hat, boots, and flannel and we'll hit the town! :)

(Oh, MA, I'm wishing I had a haunted leg rather than this icky cold thing... :D)
