    Entries of judgement
    Was notified in January that a judgement was mailed to the courts and if I don't makes payments the Ca would seek judgement I made 2 payments which was unacceptable to them now they sent a letter stating the same about judgements... can a judgement entry be mailed to the courts:confused:

    That's not the process. A creditor files suit in court against the debtor. A summons is then issued and served on the debtor requiring them to answer the summons. The debtor then answers the summons either fighting the suit or not. If they don't fight a default judgement is entered. Once they get a judgement the creditor can use that judgement to seize assets and income from the debtor.

    I received a summons in early dec and have been speaking with them ever since and sent 2 payments not acceptable by them they said this is a mere payment compared to what we are asking... they are located in farmingdale ny

    You shouldn't send payments without an agreement. You also should only be dealing with them by mail.
