Timeframe to receive Tax Refund, on E-3 status
    Hi,

I had filed for my tax return about 3 weeks ago, and whilst my friends who I had done my taxes with have received their tax returns, I have not yet. They are on an H1 visa and I am on an E-3. Do you know how long it takes for an E-3 holder to receive their tax return?

Thanks and I look forward to any respinses.

It depends upon if you filed paper return or e-filed. You opted for paper check or direct deposit. You filed resident return or non-resident return.

Or more information, and how to find status of your refund, read Your U.S. Tax Return: When will I get my tax refund?
