I don't no what to do I have a boyfriend have been with him a year and a half and I'm so paranoid when we go ou who he looks at and if I see him loo at a ablonde in a skirt il go mad. I hate feeling like this. How can I stop this? Even when he goes to the gym il wonder if he stares at other girls bodies and wish I had a body like them and if he's horny what is he thinking? He says he inly wants me but why don't I believe him? And I can be so awful to him and he's not done anything. I don't want o be like this I'm not ugly I wouldn say at all.

The problem isn't outward sweetheart, it's inside you. Meaning, it's how you feel about yourself.

I am gathering that you are young, and all those "blonds in short skirts", although it may not seem that way, I bet you, that have days that they feel the same icky way.

You can't work this out with your boyfriend, you have to work it out within yourself.
Start writing a list of all your good qualities, and not just your looks. And pick a couple to do over and over. This will help build yourself esteem.

If you like sports, join some teams. There will always be blonds in short skirts, but there will only be one very special Hayley, and it's up to you, to bring her out.

Sweetheart, it's because you need to build up your confidence inside. Men are going to look... 18 up to and past 88. But he's by your side and that is what counts.

Get a hold of those emotions and build up that self-esteem because not only this relationship but all future ones will be difficult for you as well.

18 is a fun but can be a hard age. Do you like dancing? Take up jazz or ballet. If you like art... take art classes. Do something that does not include him.

You get mad inside when he takes a peak because you don't understand if he has you, why would he need to look at anyone else? Ahhhhh that's the million dollar question.

The looks are harmless they truly are, but what you are doing to yourself, upsetting yourself like this is taking any potential happiness that awaits you away.

I like dancing yes buti wo dance if there is really pretty girls dancing in skirts. Yes I do get mad because I don't understand ino its patheic but I never used to get like this its weird.

I'm fun to be around,caring, easy to get alongwith I jjus want to be everything my boyfriend wans me to be.

Yes it makes sense lol I just think it's a age thing maybe and I've gtta chill. And where are you based is it a office? I'm just intrested in what you do are there a lot of advisors there? I need o get my confidence back I mean I go to the gym and I'm fine there. I just wan to be a normal girlfriend and not be and asty to him xx
