95 civic won't start
My 95 civic cranks, but will not start.. Also, with the key in the ignition in the on position, I hear a faint whine or hum coming from the back area of the engine near the firewall (not the hum of the fule pump), but a constant noise.. Any ideas of what the problem could be?? Thanks
