    What do I do
    Can you please tell the steps I need to take in order to modify my visittations.I need to be with my son more,right now it is court ordered that I see him 5 hours a week,I do not have a lot of money to spend so please tell me step by step how to see him more

    We can't do that because the steps vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. Your best bet is to consult an attorney who will know the process for your area. You can try speaking to a court clerk and ask them to outl;ine the procedure and what forms you need.

    You also need to reread the orders you already have because it may be in there somewhere as a graduated progress with provisions. Example.. after 1 years time and no missed appointments the child may have overnight visits etc.

    You need to check. Also if this is a recent ruling then you may have to wait awhile before you can petition for a change unless there is a danger to the child.
