We can't do that because the steps vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. Your best bet is to consult an attorney who will know the process for your area. You can try speaking to a court clerk and ask them to outl;ine the procedure and what forms you need.

You also need to reread the orders you already have because it may be in there somewhere as a graduated progress with provisions. Example.. after 1 years time and no missed appointments the child may have overnight visits etc.

You need to check. Also if this is a recent ruling then you may have to wait awhile before you can petition for a change unless there is a danger to the child.
