    Moving expenses for NRA
    Hi,

    I came to the US in June 2007 on a J1 visa. Can I claim my flight ticket as moving expenses?
    If yes, which form do I use?

    Yes, if you have income and plan to stay in the same job for minimum 39 weeks in a year after to came to the U.S. You will use form 3903.
