    Is this Orange Peel?
Can anyone tell me what type of ceiling texture this is?

And, how do I re-texture a patched area of it?

It seems like "orange peel" but it's much more subtle than I've seen.

    Thanks

It looks a little like my ceiling. Not immediately visible, but mine is actually a form of lining paper up there, painted over.

    No, mine's not paper.

It's almost like someone spread a thick coat of paint on the ceiling.

Hard to tell from the picture, it looks like it will tough to match. If it is a orange peel they make some spray applied stuff for patching. If it is just a build-up of paint from using a heavy nap roller you'll have to try to match it that way.

I was browsing a shop today and came across this. Has anyone tried it? Did it work for you? You mix it with water or milk and apply it to the face as a face mask. It is 100% natural. I would like to go natural as it would be safer? Lemon helped fade some of my acne scars. It was fairly cheap...

Orange peel effect on glueless linoleum [ 1 Answers ]

Husband recently installed inexpensive glueless linoleum in our kitchen. One corner has a defect in the linoleum which I am told is called an orange peel effect. It is noticeable. It is rippled. The top skin is not coming apart from the backing. Is there anything we can do to get this out? I...

Peel and stick [ 1 Answers ]

I would like to put peel and stick on an already tiled floor. The tiling was well done so I don't want to tear it up. It's just ugly for my taste. How can I pull this off?
