    Divorce and property
    Currently divorcing, the house and land are in my mothers name, we want to evict the husband, we built a barn on the property and he is threatening to tear it down and sale it, can he do this, my mother has paid all the taxes etc... we just made the house payment

    If his name is not on anything he can not do that.
    Mom needs to take care of it since it is in her name.
    She needs to do a legal eviction on him if she wants to get him out.
