    Skin shedding
Pretty lady, I've heard somewhere that the skin shed every 4 months, is that true?
I means if some one used bad cream on the body how long does the effect be gone completely, I see that the face rebound fast but not the body, how to accelerae this process?

No, it's not true. The top layer of skin is known as the epidermis, and the epidermis replaces itself once a month. So our skin sheds at least once a month. A regular moisturizer or cream doesn't accelerate the shedding of the epidermis. However, using creams containing alpha hydroxy acids (glycolic acids), tretinoin or retinol may cause the skin cells to shed faster. You can also use mild scrubs to remove dead skin build up on your face and body.

Thank you pretty lady, that was helpful. All the creams are for the face, do you know any, not pricey, for the body?

Body creams and lotions containing alpha hydroxy acids can be found for at a pharmacy for a reasonable price. So browse through the skin care aisle and see what fits your budget.

Scrubs made with alpha hydroxy acids are more effective in sloughing off dead skin cells. The alpha hydroxy acid products sold in stores have an AHA concentration of 10 percent or less. You can use the 8-10% alpha hydroxy acid products on your body to speed up the shedding of skin cells.

I've discovered that I can't increase our 200 amp service for a reasonable price. The 400 amp panel and installing it is easy and low cost (relatively), but changing the breaker on the pole and the 200 feet of underground wire that is not adequate for 400 amp is not. We're in a rural area and the...
