    How to loose weight in a week or less?
    I'm doing a photo shot on Monday or Wednesday of next week, and today is Monday. I need to loose weight really really really fast. I been searching online and what I find seems to catch my attention but I also don't have a eating disorder.im really picky when it comes to eating. I eat a lot through the day, but small portions. My boyfriend tells me he loves the way my body looks. But I feel I'm a little over weight. I don't really feel confident with the way my body looks. I don't have a big (butt or big boobs) I mean I'm average on my bra size that I'm OK with. My butt is not huge but I have one!
    But that's one of the main reason I want to loose weight( a lot of weight) so my body could look even. Oh yeah I'm 17 yrs. Old and I my weight is 122 lbs. and my height is 5'4. I want to have a flat looking stomatch or just look skinny. (not scary looking skinny). I also want to know if the cabbage soup really work?please answer my question.or give some advice of your own! (remember I only have a week or less) I have to wear a bikini and I want to look good. And another things is that I have no time to exercise.
    So please help me!

    You're already at a healthy body weight. It's not healthy to lose more than a couple pounds in a week and they probably wouldn't even be noticeable. If you want to make sure you're looking thin for the photo shoot avoid carbs before because they make you look more puffy while they're digesting and eat lightly the day of the photoshoot. You won't have time to build abs before this photoshoot but if you want a flat stomach you should work more on that than trying to lose weight.

    Try exercising every day. Play a few sports would help as well. To lose weight in a few days is imposable. 1 to 2 pounds is OK though. Try doing sit ups to work on your stomach and Google ab work outs. They will give you plenty of information. Besides that you are in great shape.
