    I need to loose weight in a week!
    Hi, I am 5'5'' and I weigh 146 pounds... im going to the beach next week and am VERY self conscience! How can I loose weight to make me look good... I don't want to look super skinny, but I want to look slim.

    A week really is not enough time to loose weight, if starting right now. You need to start a regular exercise routine and eat healthy.

    You do not mention how much you want to loose. 2 pounds a week is actually perfect.

    Hit d gym or rather just rather run on your street because you need 2 do a lot of cardio. Cut back your diet by 500 calories and make sure not to eat junk food. Running would help a lot by losing weight usuallly takes a bit more than 1 week

    Most weight that you lose in a single week will be from water, not fat. You really can't solve your problem in such a short time frame. Rather than being unrealistic and waiting until the last minute, it's important to live a healthy lifestyle.

    My biggest advice to you would be to stop getting on the scale. What does it matter if the number says 100 or 200 if you look the same? Eat a diet consisting of lean meats, whole grains, leafy green veggies, fruits, etc. Take up some form of exercise that you enjoy and will be consistent with. The mirror and how your clothes fit are far better gauges of progress than a scale.

    I say get a slimming tankini, wear clothes that flatter your body to make it appear slimmer and forget about trying to lose an unhealthy amount in 1 week. As the aboves posters said real weight is lost slowly.
